Here is a 5 step technique to learn Telekinesis
There are many ways to approach telekinesis. The techniques I describe are all tried and true. Of course everything needs practice, so the number one rule of telekinesis is to NOT GIVE UP! I didn't, and though there were many obstacles along the way, I can now move things at will and quickly, almost like something from the movies. Don't give up, and you'll get there.
So my first technique is the one I was taught first, as it is the most effective.
Step 1: Health is very important for kinesis techniques, so eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, sleep all that you need, get outside, and exercise. There are always preliminary qualifications for a new endeavor, and for telekinesis you must master your physical self before moving to the spiritual self. Of course, many people feel more in touch with how their body is working if they improve both the physical and spiritual selves at the same time, and they think it actually works better.
Step 2: Calm yourself. Go outside and relate to the world around you. You must have a feeling of contentment before you start moving things, otherwise you won't be able to get past your own barriers which block your spiritual energy from affecting the outside world. Or instead of going outside you can envision it yourself. Just read along and you will calm yourself...
You are in a glen, an emerald green meadow. The grass is as soft a rabbit fur, and the sky is gently drifting with white, puffy clouds. The sun is not too hot, and it is the perfect temperature. A brook whispers nearby, the cleanest water you can imagine, with the most subtle taste of lemon hidden among its clean mineral tastes. The forest surrounding you is clean, picture perfect, and the thick green boughs above surround you, as if cuddling you and keeping you safe. Birds sing softly in the distance, and rabbits hop along with their babies, searching for food among the sea of flowers. It is the most gorgeous site. There are no problems, there are no worries, and the world is inviting you to make it even better. It is inviting you to move it. You want to move it.
Step 3: You should now feel calm and peaceful, as placid as a lake in early morning. Now grab an object, like a pencil, a straw, or a cup of water, and try to appreciate its beauty. Appreciate its smell, its feel, how it sounds. Find the beauty, because beauty is like a reflection of its essence. So become familiar with everything that makes it that thing, what makes it special, and you will come to know its essence. That is how you become "one" with the object.
Step 4: Feel the object's essence, find all the boundaries; where does the object "stop"? When talking about spiritual boundaries, you have to feel it out. Most boundaries are from the surface of the object to one inch out around it, kind of like a "spiritual field". All objects are different, of course, so just feel it out. There is no wrong way to do this. Whatever you do, do NOT doubt yourself. Whatever you are doing is correct; that's just the way you as a human use your spiritual powers.
Step 5: You are now ready to move the object. Imagine the boundary, and think of your hand pushing that boundary in the direction you want to go. You can use your real hand to help with this or make an imaginary hand; the trick is just to make it feel like your own spiritual boundaries are influencing the object's boundaries. Your boundary might not be as solid as you like yet though, so the visible effects are not going to be as prominent as an experienced practitioner's effects. You might see a wobble, you might see a twitch; even if you just feel it move that's ok. It's the first step that's the hardest. Now, believe in yourself and remember that you are meant to move it, and you'll be a powerful telekinetic in no time.
